CYBEX is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the Wheel Goods product line from concept to launch. You will own the portfolio, translate consumer needs into specifications, and coordinate with Design, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Procurement to drive successful outcomes.

You bring several years in international consumer goods, a design background, and fluent English (German a plus). The role rewards structured, analytical thinking and a hands-on mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in industrial design or equivalent.
• Several years' experience as a product manager in international fast-paced consumer goods.
• Proven track record managing a global product portfolio and understanding of technical and commercial aspects of product development.
• High affinity for lifestyle and design.
• Fluent English; German would be a plus.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development of products and manage a full product line within the Wheel Goods category throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify consumer requirements and specifications and translate them into the organization.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate between Design, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Procurement as needed.
• Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions.
• Regularly review the product line for sales, margin, quality and market positioning.

Your seat to fill:

• Lead the development of products and manage a full product line within the Wheel Goods category throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Identify consumer requirements & specifications and initiate, develop and implement those into the organization
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities through market research to identify market opportunities
• Act as a stroller category owner and coordinate between Design, Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality and Procurement and if required further areas of the organization
• Monitor commercial success of product portfolio in market and implement interventions
• Continuous review of the product line with regards to sales volume, margin, quality and market positioning
