Zusammenfassung

CYBEX is seeking an experienced project leader to drive end-to-end commercial product launches across Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Supply Chain. You will own plans, timelines and budgets to ensure on-time market introductions while maintaining brand standards.

You will coordinate multiple functions, drive GTM strategy, and proactively manage dependencies. Strong PM skills, English fluency, and a passion for premium consumer goods are required for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• A completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification.
• Proven professional experience in project management for premium consumer goods or a dynamic product-driven environment.
• Proven track record of managing and launching products across multiple functions, markets, or stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, quality and business objectives.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and coordinate with stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive projects forward.
• Experience with AI and project management tools; advanced PPT skills.
• Excellent command of English; German language skills are a plus.

• Drive Go-to-Market strategy and ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, and market requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify dependencies and roadblocks, and take action to keep projects on track.
• Oversee development and timely delivery of marketing materials, sales tools, launch assets, and promotions.
• Ensure launch activities align with brand strategy, guidelines, and commercial goals.
• Improve project management standards, processes, tools, and methodologies for efficiency.
• Act as central point of contact across functions for communication and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Senior Director on strategic planning and organizational development.

• Lead end-to-end commercial product launch projects, from initial planning and preparation through to market launch and post-launch activities


• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets, ensuring clear ownership and accountability across all workstreams


• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and other relevant business functions to ensure seamless launch execution


• Drive the Go-to-Market strategy and execution for new product launches, ensuring that all commercial activities are delivered in line with agreed objectives, timelines, and market requirements


• Proactively monitor project progress, identify dependencies and potential roadblocks, and take appropriate action to keep projects on track


• Oversee the development and timely delivery of marketing materials, sales tools, launch assets, and promotional activities, ensuring consistency across channels and markets


• Ensure that all launch activities are aligned with brand strategy, brand guidelines, commercial objectives, and target-market expectations


• Establish and continuously improve project management standards, processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability across the organization


• Act as a central point of contact and facilitator across functions, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle


• Partner closely with the Senior Director Project Management Commerce on strategic planning, operational priorities, and the continuous development of the commercial project management organization
