Job summary

EOS is seeking a Product Manager for the Polymer Team in Krailling to drive the product vision and portfolio for polymer materials and processes. You will work with lead customers, cross-functional teams, and regional sales to build strong business cases and implement polymer products globally.

You should bring several years of industrial B2B product management or sales experience, plus knowledge of polymers. Fluent German/English and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or business or a comparable qualification with relevant training.
• Several years of professional experience, including at least two years in sales or product management in an industrial B2B environment.
• Knowledge of polymers, polymer products, and the plastics processing industry is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English in a business context.
• Willing to travel occasionally, within Germany and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with lead customers to understand their requirements and collaborate with EOS customer-facing functions.
• Identify and develop innovative, commercially successful polymer solutions with a strategic focus.
• Drive the product vision and portfolio for EOS polymer materials and processes, build business cases, and define the portfolio with stakeholders.
• Steer sub-projects within product implementation projects.
• Manage strategic and operational product lifecycle activities in line with the polymer strategy.
• Develop and communicate product roadmaps and define pricing for polymer products.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with regional sales teams and development units for polymer product implementation.
• Monitor product performance, help develop KPIs, and support financial reporting for the business unit.

• You establish and coordinate cross-functional collaboration, particularly with regional sales teams and development units, to ensure the successful implementation of polymer products.
• You monitor product performance, help develop relevant KPIs, and support financial reporting for the business unit.

Your Talents

• You hold a degree in engineering or business or a comparable qualification with relevant additional training.
• You bring several years of professional experience, including at least two years in sales or product management or custumor-facing role in an industrial B2B environment.
• Knowledge of polymers, polymer products, and the plastics processing industry is an advantage.
