Job summary

EOS, the world market leader for industrial 3D printing, seeks to strengthen its Digital Service Solutions Team in Krailling. You will own the content and development of service products, support maintenance strategies, and ensure accurate data in SAP, Excel and Salesforce.

You will turn data into practical improvements by reporting insights and exploring AI-powered optimisations. You will collaborate across internal teams and customers, delivering high-quality information in the right format,

Qualifications

• Completed technical training or degree in a technical field.
• Experience in technical after-sales support or service products.
• Practical SAP and Excel skills for data and configuration.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own content and continuous development of service products.
• Support implementation of maintenance strategies and keep plans up to date.
• Maintain product data, pricing and quotations in SAP and Salesforce.
• Create reports and analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
• Explore AI opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

We, EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Digital Service Solutions Team in Krailling.

Your Mission

You will take ownership of the content and continuous development of our existing service products. This includes supporting the implementation of maintenance strategies, keeping maintenance plans and parts lists accurate, testing new versions, and making updates directly in Excel and SAP. You will make sure our internal teams and external customers receive the right service product information at the right time, in the right quality and format. You will maintain product data, pricing and quotation configurations across SAP, Salesforce and other systems, while supporting our service products throughout their entire lifecycle. You will turn data into practical improvements by creating reports and analyses, identifying optimisation opportunities, and exploring how technologies such as artificial intelligence can make our processes smarter and more efficient.

Your Talents

• Successfully completed technical training with a focus on mechatronics/electrical engineering, or successfully completed studies in a technical field
• First professional experience in technical after-sales support, with maintenance processes or service products, or similar
• Practical knowledge in working with SAP (Customer Service Module), Excel, as well as Artificial Intelligence tools
• Very good written and spoken English skills: German is a plus
