Job summary

EOS is seeking a Product Manager to drive the polymer product portfolio and pricing. You will work with lead customers and regional teams to ensure successful implementation of polymer products.

The role requires several years in product management or customer-facing roles in an industrial B2B environment, with German and English fluency and willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and internationally.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or business or comparable qualification with relevant training.
• Several years of professional experience, including at least two years in sales or product management or customer-facing role in industrial B2B.
• Knowledge of polymers and plastics processing is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the polymer product vision and portfolio.
• Develop business cases and pricing for polymer products.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales and development units.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs and support financial reporting.

Your Mission

You work closely with lead customers to understand their requirements, collaborating with customer-facing functions across EOS. You identify and develop innovative, commercially successful polymer solutions with a strategic focus. You drive the product vision and portfolio for EOS polymer materials and processes, develop business cases, and define and maintain the portfolio in alignment with all relevant stakeholders. You steer sub-projects within product implementation projects. You manage strategic and operational product lifecycle activities in line with the overall polymer strategy. You develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps and define pricing for polymer products. You establish and coordinate cross-functional collaboration, particularly with regional sales teams and development units, to ensure the successful implementation of polymer products. You monitor product performance, help develop relevant KPIs, and support financial reporting for the business unit.

Your Talents

You hold a degree in engineering or business or a comparable qualification with relevant additional training. You bring several years of professional experience, including at least two years in sales or product management or custumor-facing role in an industrial B2B environment. Knowledge of polymers, polymer products, and the plastics processing industry is an advantage. You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, in a business context. You are willing to travel occasional,y both within Germany and internationally.
