Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the membership lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, payments, and reactivation. You will deepen understanding of funnels, drive improvements in activation and retention, and build payment experiences across Apple StoreKit and Stripe.

You will lead a cross-functional team across engineering, design, and data, owning the roadmap from problem definition to launch and iteration, with a strong bias toward action and ownership.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of product management experience, including cross-functional engineering leadership.
• Experience owning consumer subscription products and funnels for activation, conversion, retention, or reactivation.
• Deep production experience with Apple StoreKit payments and subscriptions for an iOS consumer product.
• Production experience with third-party payments and subscriptions, ideally Stripe, for a B2C subscription product.
• Strong technical and analytical fluency, including collaboration with engineers on complex payment systems and funnel data to diagnose problems and measure impact.
• Proven ability to own complex products from strategy through execution and deliver on commitments.
• Bias toward action, ownership mentality, and willingness to dive into details.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience, including significant experience leading the day-to-day work of cross-functional engineering teams
• Experience owning consumer subscription products and the funnels that drive activation, conversion, retention, or reactivation
• Deep production experience with Apple StoreKit payments and subscriptions for an iOS consumer product
• Production experience with third-party payments and subscriptions, ideally Stripe, for a B2C subscription product
• Strong technical and analytical fluency, including experience working with engineers on complex payment systems and using funnel data to diagnose problems and measure impact
• Proven ability to own complex products from strategy through detailed execution and consistently deliver on commitments
• A bias toward action, strong ownership mentality, and willingness to get deep into the details rather than operate a layer above the work
