Jobtailor in Stuttgart seeks an experienced Product Manager to identify market needs and drive strategic enhancements for card-based payments. You will shape the payment product roadmap with internal teams and external partners, managing initiatives across the full lifecycle.

You will collaborate with management and committees, translate concepts into business requirements, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, ideally in digital products, financial services, or payments.
• Several years of experience in strategic product management and independently managing complex product initiatives.
• Proven experience working with stakeholders at management and decision-making levels; committees a plus.
• Experience leading or managing cross-functional projects and coordinating different stakeholder groups.
• Ideally knowledge of card-based or electronic payments or a strong motivation to quickly develop understanding of complex payment topics.
• High ownership, excellent communication skills, and confidence in challenging alignment and decision-making processes.
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Miro, or comparable applications.
• Fluency in German.
