Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product Manager to own the billing roadmap and drive end-to-end lifecycle improvements for enterprise clients in Germany. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Sales to translate complex requirements into scalable product solutions, balancing quick fixes with long-term platform investments to ensure billing integrity.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional discovery, designing RBAC/IAM models, and delivering PRDs, APIs, and reconciliation pipelines.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Product Management for financial systems, billing, or complex back-office ops.
• Proven automation shipping that reduces manual hours.
• Experience in B2B/Enterprise domains, ideally reseller or partner-based billing.
• Deep knowledge of invoicing, ledger reconciliation, multi-tenant chargebacks, and pricing models.
• Technical fluency to partner with Engineering/SREs on RBAC/IAM, data pipelines, and API design.
• Ability to use SQL/analytics to diagnose operational issues and measure billing integrity.
• Translate high-level compliance goals into specific technical requirements.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to reduce manual hours and billing correction errors.
• Align Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Partner Operations to deliver compliant billing flows.
• Define and own OKRs for billing health, reconciliation gaps, partner onboarding time, and task reduction.
• Define operational SLAs and runbooks for billing incidents, ensuring high uptime and data integrity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, specifically owning financial systems, billing, payments, or complex backoffice operations
• Proven record of shipping automations that materially reduce manual operational hours
• Experience in B2B/Enterprise domains, ideally involving reseller or partner-based billing models
• Deep domain knowledge of billing architectures: invoicing, ledger reconciliation, multi-tenant chargebacks, and pricing models
• Technical fluency to partner with Engineering/SREs on RBAC/IAM, data pipelines, and API design
• Ability to use SQL/analytics to diagnose operational issues and measure billing integrity
• Comfortable navigating the needs of Engineering, Finance, and Legal
• Able to translate high-level compliance or revenue goals into specific technical requirements
