Jobtailor in Deutschland sucht eine erfahrene Lead-Position im Abrechnungswesen zur End-to-End-Verantwortung von Abrechnung, Inkasso und Abstimmung. Sie steuern die Implementierung eines neuen Abrechnungsmoduls von der Scoping-Phase bis zum Go-Live und bauen Automatisierungslösungen über verschiedene Umsatzarten auf.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Finance beim Monatsabschluss zusammen und unterstützen Serviceteams bei Abrechnungsanforderungen.

Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung darin, Revenue-Typen zu kalkulieren, abzurechnen und abzustimmen, inklusive manueller Schnittstellen
• Erfahrung mit der eigenständigen Umsetzung oder Migration von Systemen von Scope bis Go-Live
• Nachweis, wie man wiederholbare, automatisierte Prozesse aus manuellen oder tabellenbasierten Grundlagen erstellt
• Fähigkeit, eigenständig auch in Unklarheit zu arbeiten

Aufgaben

• Verantwortlich für Abrechnung, Inkasso und Abstimmung von Anfang bis Ende
• Einzelfläche als zentrale Ansprechperson für Abrechnungsfragen der Serviceteams
• Leitung der Implementierung des neuen Abrechnungsmoduls von Scope bis Go-Live
• Aufbau automatisierter Abrechnungsprozesse für die meisten Umsatzarten
• Reduzierung manueller und tabellenbasierter Abrechnungsarbeiten
• Schaffung einer konsistenten Überwachung fälliger Rechnungen
• Vorantreiben der Reduzierung alter Forderungen
• Erstellung einer live-Ansicht der invoiced/ collection/ charged/ delta Beträge für Führung
• Identifikation und Behebung struktureller Probleme durch Migration
• Vorschläge zum Management von Abrechnungs- und Abstimmungsherausforderungen
• Zusammenarbeit mit Finance beim Monatsabschluss und mit Serviceteams bei Abrechnungsbedarf

• Own billing, collections, and reconciliation end-to-end
• Serve as the single point of contact for service teams' billing questions
• Lead implementation of the new billing module from scoping through go-live
• Build billing automation covering the majority of revenue categories
• Reduce manual and spreadsheet-based billing work
• Establish consistent overdue invoice tracking
• Drive a reduction in aged accounts receivable
• Create a live, self-updating leadership view of invoiced, collected, charged, and delta amounts
• Identify and help solve structural issues exposed by migration, including reconciliation across entities or revenue types
• Propose approaches for managing billing and reconciliation challenges
• Collaborate with Finance on month-end close and with service teams on billing needs

Requirements

• Experience mapping how revenue types are calculated, billed, and reconciled, including identifying manual breakpoints
• Experience owning a system implementation or migration end-to-end, including scoping, sequencing, and execution
• Track record of building repeatable, automated processes from manual or spreadsheet-heavy foundations
• Ability to operate autonomously amid ambiguity
• Ability to identify when to act and when to escape issues to Finance or leadership
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Finance during month-end close and service teams on billing needs
• Must answer questions about prior billing, collections, or reconciliation process improvements
• Must answer questions about leveraging AI tools in work
• Must be authorized to address visa sponsorship requirements for work in the United States
