CarOnSale ищет продакт-менеджера для интеграции банковских и финтех-партнёров в единую платформу B2B. Вы будете отвечать за требования, взаимодействие с Engineering и операционной частью после go-live, имея доступ к ключевым показателям и данным.

Требуется 3–6 лет опыта в цифровых B2B/платформенных продуктах, знание API-интеграций и способность влиять на решения партнеров. Владение немецким на уровне C1 и свободный английский для переговоров приветствуются.

Qualifications

• 3–6 лет опыта в управлении продуктами для цифровой B2B/платформенных решений, ответственность за метрики.
• Опыт работы с внешними партнерами, влияние на приоритеты.
• Техническое понимание интеграций API; не обязательно писать код.
• Понимание, как ИИ может улучшить работу, опыт в корпоративной среде желателен.

Responsibilities

• Интегрировать банковские и финт-партнеров от требований до внедрения.
• Убедить продукт-команды партнеров инвестировать собственный бюджет в интеграцию.
• Анализировать конверсию и увеличение показателей после внедрения.
• Собирать данные, формулировать приоритеты и отслеживать KPI после релиза.
• Создавать прототипы перед выделением времени инженеров.
• Общаться с дилерами, собирать обратную связь и превращать её в требования.

Most Product roles give you a backlog and an engineering team. This one also gives you a seat at the negotiating table: you convince bank product teams to invest their own engineering budget in an integration. Задачи:

• You are responsible for integrating our financing and banking partners—from requirements through implementation with Engineering to operations after go-live.
• You convince our partners’ product teams to invest their own engineering budget in the integration, and lead these discussions through to a decision.
• You analyze where dealers drop off between viewing a vehicle and placing a completed bid, and measurably increase conversion.
• You pull your own data, use it to justify every prioritization, and track your features’ KPIs after launch.
• You build prototypes to test an idea before allocating engineering time to it.
• You speak with dealers regularly, collect feedback in a structured way, and translate it into concrete requirements.

Требования:

• 3–6 years of product management experience in a digital B2B, platform, or e-commerce environment, with broad ownership You have moved a funnel or conversion metric and can state the baseline and result—with data you pulled yourself.
• Experience with external partners whose priorities you had to understand and influence—not just internal stakeholders
• Technical understanding of API integrations: you do not need to develop them yourself, but you need to understand what Engineering is discussing.
• A clear idea of where AI can concretely improve this work—whether your current employer provides you with the tools is irrelevant to us.
• German at C1 level and fluent English for negotiations
