FICUS Health develops AI-powered software for documentation and clinic management in rehabilitation. With our product suite—including FICUS Scribe, DocUpload, Peer Review, and AI modules for occupancy management,we help clinics digitize administrative processes and improve quality of care and cost-effectiveness. Our software is already in use at well-known operators and clinic groups.
You take end-to-end responsibility for a product area of the Reha OS: understanding the problem, developing the solution, implementing it with Engineering, rolling it out, and measuring its impact. You conduct discovery directly in clinics— with doctors, therapists, nursing staff, occupancy management, and administration—and translate complex clinic processes into clear product decisions. You plan the replacement of KIS functions: which system owns which data, how processes run across the old and new systems, what needs to be migrated, and how we get users on board with the transition. You write concepts that clearly set out the problem, proposed solution, limitations, and risks, and clarify regulatory, legal, and professional questions early. You prioritize new features, improvements, and bugs based on data and customer feedback. You work closely with Engineering, Design, the Integration team, and external development partners, as well as with Sales and Customer Success. Together with us, you establish quality standards for AI features in the clinical context: evaluation criteria, QA gates, and clear criteria for when something is released and when it is not. You use LLMs and agents in your day-to-day product work, for example for analysis and feedback evaluation, and actively consider where AI can improve our product and the way we work.
Several years of experience as a Product Manager for complex B2B software with professional users, including some experience in a startup or scale-up environment. A proven track record of taking a product area from idea through to rollout to customers. Strong discovery skills: you understand on-site workflows and derive viable solutions from them. Technical understanding, including of AI-based products, and the ability to work with Engineering as an equal. Structure in ambiguous situations, clear priorities, and the willingness to say no decisively. Clear written communication; fluent German and English. Будет плюсом: Experience with software for clinical or other highly regulated workflows; Experience replacing or migrating operational core systems (e.g. KIS, ERP, practice management software); Knowledge of the rehabilitation system, such as DRV processes, admissions and occupancy management, billing with payers, or therapy planning; Experience with interoperability in healthcare (HL7, FHIR, KIS integrations); Experience with AI- and LLM-based products, including evaluation and quality assurance; Experience collaborating with external development teams; Knowledge of French and/or Spanish
The opportunity to help build an operating system for an entire industry, with a real impact on everyday clinic operations and patient care. Responsibility for a product area from the outset and direct influence on the roadmap. Close collaboration with an experienced founding team, the Head of Product, and a growing product team. Office in Berlin, hybrid work, and flexible working hours. A transparent feedback culture, genuine team spirit, and plenty of room for personal development. Urban Sports Club and regular team events.
