• Strong understanding of the strengths and limitations of AI
• Experience designing and owning AI-powered features is a plus
• Iterative approach to work and the ability to demonstrate initial progress quickly
• Analytical mindset, strong focus on quality, and experience working with data and KPIs
• Self-directed working style and the ability to inspire others
• Highly developed conceptual skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English
