You will own delivery from architecture to production, translate product requirements into actionable designs, and drive quality, reliability, and security while staying hands-on in critical engineering areas.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building and leading engineering teams in a fast-moving product company.
• Track record taking products from prototype to production.
• Experience scaling engineering teams, processes and technical foundations from early stage through growth.
• Strong engineering judgment across modern Python-based backend systems, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems and AI-enabled products.
• Experience building and operating LLM or agentic systems in production, including evaluation, guardrails and failure handling.
• Proficiency using modern AI coding tools and reviewing AI-generated code.
• Evidence of fast, high-quality decision-making under ambiguity.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• German is a plus, but not required.
