Job summary

CWS Hygiene is seeking a Senior Product Expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce to shape and optimize our digital commerce platform. You will join an international team, coordinating with stakeholders, developers, and partners while driving catalog, pricing, and order management across European markets.

The role is hybrid with at least 1 day in the Dreieich office. English proficiency and strong collaboration are essential for success in our cross-border environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in IT, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar functional consultant role or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.
• Experience with Site Builder and Online Channels.
• Knowledge of Product Catalog Management, Pricing & Promotions, and Order Management.
• Experience supporting B2B and B2C commerce environments.
• Strong retail and eCommerce process knowledge.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate into functional solutions, and support implementation across markets.

As our digital landscape continues to evolve, we are investing heavily in modern customer experiences and eCommerce capabilities. That is why we are looking for a Product Expert Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce to join our international team.

This is a hybrid role: we would like to welcome you to the office at least 1 day a week. We are open to candidates based in Germany, within travel distance of Dreieich, or Romania.

Mission

Digital commerce is becoming an increasingly important part of how we serve our customers. In this role, you will help shape and improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce platform and support the rollout of webshops across multiple European countries. You will become the go-to expert for Dynamics 365 Commerce within the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, architects, and external partners, you will transform business needs into practical, scalable solutions that create real value for our customers.

What makes this role unique is the combination of ownership, international collaboration, and impact. You will not simply support an existing platform. You will actively help define how our commerce capabilities evolve in the years ahead.

Key Responsibilities

• You will take ownership of the functional Dynamics 365 Commerce domain and help ensure that our digital commerce solutions continue to grow and mature.
• Your work will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and supporting implementation activities across different markets. You will work on topics such as product catalog management, pricing and promotions, online channels, customer journeys, order management, and webshop optimization.
• You will also support testing, release activities, deployments, and continuous improvements while working closely with business users to ensure that solutions remain aligned with operational needs. As our internal Commerce expert, you will play an important role in strengthening our in-house capabilities and reducing dependency on external partners.
