Job summary

CWS Hygiene is seeking a Senior Product Expert ERP D365 to lead the Dynamics 365 Commerce domain, shaping digital commerce strategies and implementing across European markets. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, developers, and partners to deliver scalable, value-driven solutions.

The role combines ownership and international collaboration, with the chance to influence how commerce capabilities evolve in coming years. Hybrid work with travel considerations are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, Economics or equivalent.
• 3+ years as functional consultant or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce.
• Experience with Site Builder and Online Channels.
• Knowledge of Product Catalog Management, Pricing & Promotions, and Order Management.
• Experience supporting B2B and B2C commerce environments.
• Strong retail and ecommerce process knowledge.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional Dynamics 365 Commerce domain and ensure digital commerce solutions grow and mature.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate to functional solutions, and support implementation across markets (catalog, pricing, promotions, online channels, customer journeys, order management, webshop optimization).
• Support testing, releases, deployments, and continuous improvements with business users to align solutions with needs.
• Act as internal Commerce expert to strengthen in-house capabilities and reduce external dependency.

This is a hybrid role: we would like to welcome you to the office at least 1 day a week. We are open to candidates based in Germany, within travel distance of Dreieich, or Romania.

Mission

Digital commerce is becoming an increasingly important part of how we serve our customers. In this role, you will help shape and improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce platform and support the rollout of webshops across multiple European countries. You will become the go-to expert for Dynamics 365 Commerce within the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, architects, and external partners, you will transform business needs into practical, scalable solutions that create real value for our customers.

What makes this role unique is the combination of ownership, international collaboration, and impact. You will not simply support an existing platform. You will actively help define how our commerce capabilities evolve in the years ahead.

Key Responsibilities

• You will take ownership of the functional Dynamics 365 Commerce domain and help ensure that our digital commerce solutions continue to grow and mature.
• Your work will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and supporting implementation activities across different markets. You will work on topics such as product catalog management, pricing and promotions, online channels, customer journeys, order management, and webshop optimization.
• You will also support testing, release activities, deployments, and continuous improvements while working closely with business users to ensure that solutions remain aligned with operational needs. As our internal Commerce expert, you will play an important role in strengthening our in-house capabilities and reducing dependency on external partners.

Requirements

Ideally, you bring:

• A bachelor level degree in IT, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• 3+ years of experience working in a similar role as a functional consultant, or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce
• Experience with Site Builder and Online Channels
• Knowledge of Product Catalog Management, Pricing & Promotions, and Order Management
• Experience supporting B2B and B2C commerce environments
• Strong retail and eCommerce process knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English language skills
• Basic knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management is considered an advantage
