• Maintain procurement system data accuracy, update product information, pricing, and inventory dynamics for decision making and reporting.

• Prepare materials for business reviews, operation analyses, and data dashboards.

Job Responsibilities

• Be responsible for supplier communication, business negotiations, and relationship maintenance to ensure that product delivery timeliness and quality standards are met.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, monitor changes in consumption trends, and identify potential market opportunities and risks for the responsible categories.
• Maintain the accuracy of procurement system data, promptly update product information, price systems, and inventory dynamics to ensure data accuracy in supporting business decisions and report generation.
• Be responsible for product information review and promptly correct errors in descriptions, pictures, and data.
• Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams to promote the implementation of promotional activities and new product launches.
• Participate in the preparation of materials for business review meetings, operation analysis reports, and data dashboards.
