• 1. 负责仓储库区布局规划，品类存储规划，建仓，搬仓，融仓，合仓等工作
• 2. 对业务各流程进行诊断、分析、和优化，主动发现运营需求/问题，运营集成的思维设计解决方案，标准化统筹；
• 3. 负责团队建设，包含但不限于人才引入培养保留、机制梳理及复盘、文化的融合与沉浸等；让团队保持目标一致、行动一致。
• 4. 负责统筹、协调仓内日常管理工作,根据公司运营任务制定各项仓储物流任务、计划、绩效指标、并指导落实;
• 5. 负责完善仓储及物流体系，制定、执行仓库管理和物流运输工作流程,包括收货、品检、入仓、包装发货、退换货、人员管理等日常工作;建立健全管理体系;
• 6. 负责完成关键性指标任务,发货时效、发货准确率、成本控制、进销存库存管理、库存盘点,库存准确率等
• 7. 负责仓库日常报表的汇总及分析,定期循环盘点的组织与执行;掌握实时有效库存,确保准确的库存数据,保持帐、物、卡一致、做到先进先出;确保做到收料、入库、发料和发货业务准时准确
