Job summary

Empira Group sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für die digitale Transformation der Finanzabteilung von Anfang an. Sie arbeiten eng mit Buchhaltung, Controlling und IT zusammen, um Prozesse transparent zu gestalten.

Sie analysieren Abläufe, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und redesignen Prozesse vor der Digitalisierung. Dabei betrachten Sie Workflows ganzheitlich und arbeiten mit IT-Partnern an passenden Lösungen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Buchhaltung, Controlling, Prozessberatung oder Shared Service Center; Verständnis monatlicher Abschlüsse.
• Bereitschaft, Prozesse gründlich zu analysieren und bei Bedarf grundlegend neu zu denken.
• Erfahrung in der Verbesserung oder Automatisierung von Prozessen, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Verantwortlichkeiten und Datenqualität.
• Erfahrung mit Workflow, DMS oder ERP-Systemen; Power BI oder BPMN von Vorteil.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit; Wille, Veränderungen voranzutreiben; Lernbereitschaft.
• Fließendes Deutsch (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Gestalte die digitale Transformation der Finanzabteilung von Anfang an.

• Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen wie JobRouter und DocuWare; teste neue Tools inkl. KI.

Your mission

• You will help shape the digital transformation of our finance department from the outset and work closely with Accounting, Controlling and IT
• You will analyse processes that affect the finance department, including those that originate in other departments, and make them transparent
• You will identify areas for improvement and redesign processes before they are digitised
• You will take a holistic view of workflows – from responsibilities to data flows – and, together with IT and service providers, develop the appropriate solution
• You will play a key role in the technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, from process design and testing through to training the teams
• You further develop existing solutions such as JobRouter and DocuWare, test new tools – including AI – and, where appropriate, build solutions yourself
• You consider clean master data right from the start and, together with the relevant departments, draw up proposals on how data is maintained and managed

Your profile

• A degree in Economics, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience (approx. 2 to 3 years) in accounting, management accounting, process consultancy or a shared service centre; you understand the inner workings of a monthly closing process
• You understand a process thoroughly before changing it, and have the courage to fundamentally rethink it where appropriate
• Experience in improving or automating processes, ideally with an eye for responsibilities and data quality
• Experience with workflow, DMS or ERP systems, Power BI or process modelling (e.g. BPMN) is a plus, but not essential
• You can explain complex topics simply, are keen to drive change rather than just manage, and are keen to develop your skills alongside us
• Fluent German (C2) and a good command of English
