Job summary

Empira Group sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für das Finanz-IT-Umfeld, um Dynamics 365 F&O als zentrales Buchhaltungssystem einzuführen und zu betreuen. Sie arbeiten eng mit Buchhaltung, IT und externen Partnern zusammen, gestalten Konfigurationen, Tests und Go-Live und übernehmen danach die Systemverantwortung.

Sie bringen ERP-/Buchführungserfahrung, D365-F&O-Vorteile sowie Grundkenntnisse in SQL oder Power Platform mit und kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (C2) und Englisch.

Qualifications

• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen oder Buchhaltungssystemen; ideal mit Systemimplementierung.
• Kenntnisse in D365 F&O sind von Vorteil.
• Grundwissen in SQL oder Power Platform ist willkommen.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und Englischgrundkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Sie arbeiten von Anfang an beim Rollout von Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O als zentrales Buchhaltungssystem mit.
• Sie bündeln Buchhaltung, externe IT-Partner und Implementierungspartner, gestalten Konfiguration, Tests und Go-Live.
• Datenmigration von drei bestehenden Systemen in D365 verantworten.
• Nach Go-Live Systemverantwortung für D365, Release- und Update-Management.
• Schnittstellen zwischen D365 und Peripherie-Systemen betreuen (z. B. LucaNet, JobRouter, DocuWare).
• Erster Ansprechpartner für D365 in der Finanzabteilung, Schulung von Key-Usern, Auditsicherheit von Rollen/Benachrichtigungen sicherstellen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting, Controlling, IT und Business Units zur Gestaltung der Systemlandschaft der Finanzabteilung

• You will be involved from day one as we roll out Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O as the central accounting system for our companies
• You will bring together the accounting, external IT and implementation partners, help shape the configuration, testing and go-live phases, and critically assess which approach is best
• You will be responsible for data migration from three existing systems (DATEV, Business Central, Infoniqa ONE 50) into the new system
• Following the go-live, you will be the system owner for D365, managing releases and updates, and gradually taking on responsibility for supporting other systems within our financial system landscape
• You will be responsible for the interfaces between D365 and our peripheral systems, e.g. LucaNet, JobRouter or DocuWare
• You will be the first point of contact for D365 within the finance department, train our key users and ensure that roles, authorisations and documentation are audit-compliant
• You will work closely with Accounting, Controlling, IT and the relevant business units and help shape the finance department’s system landscape

Your profile

• A degree in Business Informatics or Economics, or a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on IT
• Initial professional experience (approx. 2 to 3 years) with ERP or accounting systems, e.g. as an in-house consultant, key user or systems accountant, ideally with experience of a system implementation
• Experience with D365 F&O is a definite advantage; if you come from a background in You understand how accounting works, from the general ledger and accounts payable through to multi-client structures
• You are fascinated by data structures and interfaces; a basic knowledge of SQL or experience with the Power Platform is a plus
• You can explain technical matters in a way that non-IT staff can understand, and you are happy to take responsibility for a system
• Fluent German (C2) and a good command of English
