You will collaborate with finance and IT teams to analyze requirements and develop solutions, manage ERP projects, and provide training. Ideal candidates have project experience in finance transformation, knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle, and are fluent in German and English. • Initial practical experience in project work in ERP implementation and/or finance transformation.

Finance Transformation Consultant (m/w/d)

Your role:

In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team with IT and finance experts to design transformation projects for our clients – from conception and implementation to ongoing support. Your area of responsibility:

• Conducting requirements analyses in close collaboration with finance and IT departments.
• Documentation of business processes, business requirements, and development of a requirements specification to define project goals.
• Development of solution concepts that optimize business processes and support transformation goals.
• Planning, management and monitoring of ERP implementation projects.
• Consulting on the introduction of standardized processes and identification of automation potential.

• Preparation and delivery of training courses for finance and end-user teams.
