Ideal candidates have project experience in finance transformation, knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle, and are fluent in German and English. Qualifications

• Initial practical experience in project work in ERP implementation and/or finance transformation.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP or Oracle.
• Understanding of financial processes and standards (e.g., accounting, controlling, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analyses with finance and IT departments.

Finance Transformation Consultant (m/w/d)

Your role:

In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team with IT and finance experts to design transformation projects for our clients – from conception and implementation to ongoing support. Your area of responsibility:

• Conducting requirements analyses in close collaboration with finance and IT departments.
• Documentation of business processes, business requirements, and development of a requirements specification to define project goals.
• Development of solution concepts that optimize business processes and support transformation goals.
