Olympus Corporation in Hamburg seeks a PMO leader to drive Manufacturing and Supply Chain PMO sustaining processes and governance. You will analyze existing processes, identify optimizations, and develop training concepts for all project roles, coordinating internal and external trainings and facilitating workshops.

The role collaborates with PMO stakeholders locally and globally, requiring strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, plus a structured, initiative-driven

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor/Master of Science or Economics with relevant process management track records.
• Several years of experience in process management, PMO and project management would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of common project management methodologies (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid).
