Olympus Corporation in Hamburg seeks a PMO leader to drive Manufacturing and Supply Chain PMO sustaining processes and governance. You will analyze existing processes, identify optimizations, and develop training concepts for all project roles, coordinating internal and external trainings and facilitating workshops.

The role collaborates with PMO stakeholders locally and globally, requiring strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, plus a structured, initiative-driven

Formación

• Bachelor/Master of Science or Economics with relevant process management track records.
• Several years of experience in process management, PMO and project management would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of common project management methodologies (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Manufacturing and Supply Chain PMO Sustaining processes, methodologies, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with project management governance, guidelines and standards.
• Analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential and implement improvements.
• Developing of a training concept for all relevant project roles.
• Providing or organize external training for new processes and methods to involved organization (internally and externally).
• Facilitate workshops and process reviews.
• Collaborate closely with different PMO relevant Stakeholders locally and globally.

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
