Job summary

LinkedIn is seeking a Process Manager/ Project Manager/ Business Process Manager (m/f/d) in Berlin to support branch management in operational and strategic projects within the food wholesale sector and to participate in the national BIM team as the branch's representative.

You will develop and implement improvement measures to increase efficiency and process stability, monitor and optimize daily processes from goods receipt to shipping, and contribute to ongoing cross-department interface work

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or computer science.
• Experience in process management or similar fields is desirable.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and clear communication.
• Ability to identify interfaces and cross-departmental dependencies.
• High affinity for digital tools and automation technologies.
• Strong commitment, analytical thinking and leadership potential.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities
