Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a technical or scientific discipline; PhD preferred.
• Experience in mechanical engineering and production processes, preferably optical industry.
• Proven ability to optimize processes within a production environment; knowledge of project management and leadership.
• Strong communication skills; fluent German and good English.

Aufgaben

• Take responsibility for quality projects (PDCA, 8D) and restart activities.
• Support and improve shaping processes (grinding) and surface finishing (polishing, coating).
• Optimize assembly activities of lighting systems and optical components.
• Design test concepts, run tests with appropriate parameters, document results.
• Lead process adjustments and ensure targets for time, cost, and quality.
