You will analyze, model, and optimize manufacturing processes using statistics, data analytics, and machine learning to enhance understanding, capability, and robustness, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and external partners to drive innovation.

Qualifikationen

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline; PhD or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of assembly, integration, and manufacturing technologies and experience in process development and industrialization.
  • Experience in data-driven process analysis and statistical methods (Design of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, regression analysis, multivariate analysis, process capability analysis); Python and industrial data analytics desirable.

  • Develop and advance assembly, integration, and process technologies for opto-mechanical components, assemblies, and modules across current and future product generations.
  • Analyze, model, and optimize manufacturing and integration processes using statistical methods, data analytics, and machine learning to improve understanding, capability, and robustness.
  • Define and align technical requirements and drive development, validation, and industrialization of process solutions in close collaboration with interdisciplinary stakeholders, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the establishment of process standards, best practices, and technology roadmaps to enable sustainable manufacturing excellence.
