Zusammenfassung

ZEISS Group in Deutschland sucht eine/n Feinoptiker/in mit technischer Erfahrung zur Analyse und Optimierung von Reinigungs- und Inspektionsprozessen optischer Komponenten. Sie fungieren als direkter Ansprechpartner für Produktions-Teams und leiten Verbesserungsmaßnahmen an.

Sie erstellen WI-Dokumentationen, führen Versuche durch und kalibrieren Instrumente. Neben strukturierter Arbeitsweise benötigen Sie Deutsch fließend und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Feinoptiker und technischer Hintergrund mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der optischen Verarbeitung.
• Umfassende Kenntnisse in technischer Reinigung oder Qualitätskontrolle optischer Komponenten
• Erfahrung in Produktionsprozessen, idealerweise in der Optikindustrie.

Aufgaben

• Analyse und Bewertung von Reinigungs- und Inspektionsprozessen optischer Komponenten.
• Direkter Ansprechpartner für Produktions Teams (1. und 2. Ebene) und fachliche Anleitung.
• Dokumentation von Herstellungs- und Abnahmeverfahren (WI) gemäß Spezifikation.
• Durchführung von Versuchen mit geeigneten Parametern und sorgfältige Dokumentation.
• Kalibrierung und Überwachung von Geräten, Verbrauchsmaterialien sowie Messinstrumenten.
• Unterstützung technologischer Änderungen in Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen.
