You will analyze materials, design test systems, and collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions for e-mobility applications. The role emphasizes quality, problem-solving and English communication.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in engineering or comparable technical qualification.

Aufgaben

• Develop and optimize processes for New Energy and advanced manufacturing.
• Develop and evaluate manufacturing and testing processes, including quality assessment and test reports.
• Design and set up test systems, execute sample testing and customer evaluations.
• Analyze and characterize materials and components, including service life, reliability and quality assessment per international standards.
• Commission inspection, printing, marking and laser systems and evaluate performance and quality.
• Develop concepts for innovative machine solutions and define technical requirements and specifications.
• Develop process descriptions for technology transfer projects and prepare presentations/trainings for on-site customer training.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers and technology partners to drive innovative e-mobility solutions.

Your tasks:

• Development and optimization of innovative processes for special-purpose machinery in the wide field of New Energy and advanced manufacturing


• Development and evaluation of manufacturing and testing processes, including quality assessment and preparation of test reports


• Design and setup of test systems, execution of sample testing and customer evaluations


• Analysis and characterization of materials and components, including assessment of their service life, reliability and quality in accordance with applicable international standards


• Commissioning of inspection, printing, marking and laser systems and evaluation of their performance and quality characteristics


• Development of concepts for innovative machine solutions and definition of the corresponding technical requirements and specifications


• Development and documentation of process descriptions for technology transfer projects, as well as preparation of presentations and training materials for on-site customer training


• Close collaboration with internal teams, customers and technology partners to drive innovative solutions for future-oriented e-mobility applications

Your profile:

• University degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification
