Qualifikationen

• University degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification.

Aufgaben

• Development and optimization of processes for special-purpose machinery in New Energy and advanced manufacturing.
• Development and evaluation of manufacturing and testing processes, including quality assessment and test reports.
• Design and setup of test systems and execution of sample testing and customer evaluations.
• Analysis and characterization of materials and components for life, reliability and quality per standards.
• Commissioning of inspection, printing, marking and laser systems and evaluating performance.
• Develop concepts for innovative machine solutions and define technical requirements.
• Document process descriptions for technology transfer and prepare training materials for on-site customer training.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers and partners to drive solutions for e-mobility applications.

Your tasks:

• Development and optimization of innovative processes for special-purpose machinery in the wide field of New Energy and advanced manufacturing


• Development and evaluation of manufacturing and testing processes, including quality assessment and preparation of test reports


• Design and setup of test systems, execution of sample testing and customer evaluations


• Analysis and characterization of materials and components, including assessment of their service life, reliability and quality in accordance with applicable international standards


• Commissioning of inspection, printing, marking and laser systems and evaluation of their performance and quality characteristics


• Development of concepts for innovative machine solutions and definition of the corresponding technical requirements and specifications


• Development and documentation of process descriptions for technology transfer projects, as well as preparation of presentations and training materials for on-site customer training


• Close collaboration with internal teams, customers and technology partners to drive innovative solutions for future-oriented e-mobility applications

Your profile:

• University degree in engineering or a comparable technical qualification


• Solid knowledge of process engineering, manufacturing technologies and quality management


• Good understanding of the physical principles underlying inspection, printing, marking and laser technologies


• Interest in innovative manufacturing technologies and applications in the field of New Energy


• Very good written and spoken English skills
