Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Sales Operations leader to partner with Sales segment and channel leaders in Germany, driving weekly business reviews and strategic plays across GTM functions.

You will own analytical input, optimize processes, and champion AI-driven workflows, working with Finance, Marketing, Product, and BI to elevate performance.

• Communication with executive-grade clarity
• Track record of process improvements that deliver measurable impact
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and sales analytics platforms
