Presales Consultant (m / w / d) – Microsoft 365 (SharePoint & Power Platform)

Location: Remote within Germany, with occasional travel

Whether you’re already seasoned in presales or you’re a Microsoft 365 consultant with limited sales / presales exposure but the ambition to step into this space – this role gives you the chance to grow. You’ll work closely with an experienced team, get structured onboarding, and quickly take responsibility for client-facing solution design and presales engagements.

About the Role

We are seeking a Presales Consultant to strengthen a growing Microsoft 365 team. You’ll help shape client solutions, bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities, and support strategic projects in the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.

This role is focused on solution design, workshops, and presales activities rather than hands-on implementation. You’ll work closely with sales, consultants, and technical teams to deliver value-driven concepts that inspire clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead or co-lead presales engagements: workshops, scoping sessions, and client meetings
  • Design and present Microsoft 365 solution concepts, focusing on SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Support bid processes: proposals, technical documentation, and proof-of-concepts
  • Deliver webinars, trainings, and external presentations
  • Gather requirements, define project approaches, and advise on digital process optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored client solutions

Your Profile

  • Background in Microsoft 365 consulting (SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, etc.)
  • Eager to deepen your experience in presales and solution design
  • Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients in workshops and presentations
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to understand business needs
  • Excellent German language skills; English is a plus

Nice to have :

  • Previous presales experience (not a must if you’re motivated to grow into it)
  • Familiarity with user adoption / change management
  • Basic understanding of development (no coding required)
  • Knowledge of Copilot / AI-driven tools in Microsoft 365
