Zusammenfassung

Kappa optronics GmbH seeks a technically skilled inside sales professional to advise customers and present complex vision-system solutions. You will coordinate technical concepts with sales teams and follow up on opportunities, including international travel.

Fluent German and strong English are required, along with a engineering degree. The role combines technical insight with customer-facing sales activities in a global market.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex products.
• Experience in technical inside sales or field sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of quality, configuration and project management is desirable.

Your Responsibilities:

• Main contact person for Kappa optronics GmbH/Kappa optronics Inc/Kappa optronics S.L for technical consulting on customer inquiries (needs assessment and clarification of product solutions)
• Product presentations to customers and participation in sales and strategy discussions, including their preparation and follow-up (willingness to travel internationally approx. 25%)
• Creation and follow-up of technical concepts and offers
• Follow-up and qualification of web and email leads
• Acquisition and maintenance of contacts in online networks

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in engineering or a comparable field
• Deep technical understanding and the ability to explain complex products/processes clearly
• Initial experience in technical inside sales and field sales is an advantage
• Knowledge in quality, configuration, and project management is desirable
• Proficient use of MS Office is required
• Experience with PLM/CRM systems is desirable
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills combined with a friendly, confident demeanor
• Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
• High level of commitment, initiative, and willingness to learn
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
