Sie arbeiten eng mit Einkauf, Qualität und Produktion zusammen und tragen zur Risikominimierung sowie zur Optimierung der Lieferantenleistung bei.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im genannten technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Beschaffung/Lieferantenmanagement.
• Gutes technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Responsabilités

• Lieferanten-Eskalationen bei Lieferverzögerungen bearbeiten.
• Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs) von Lieferanten analysieren.
• Konkrete Maßnahmenpläne einfordern und verfolgen.
• Eskalations-, Verhandlungs- und Abstimmungsgespräche führen.
• Lieferantenrisiken identifizieren und Gegenmaßnahmen koordinieren.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Qualität, Produktion und Einkauf.
• Lieferantenentwicklung und Stabilisierung unterstützen.

Your Tasks:

• Managing supplier escalations in cases of delivery delays, shortages, and critical supply situations
• Analyzing and improving the performance of underperforming suppliers using relevant metrics and reports
• Demanding, evaluating, and tracking concrete action and improvement plans from suppliers
• Conducting escalation, action, and negotiation discussions and consistently following up on agreed results
• Identifying supply risks and weaknesses and coordinating appropriate countermeasures with procurement, quality, production, and other departments
• Supporting the sustainable development and stabilization of supplier performance
• Close collaboration with quality management in analyzing, addressing, and sustainably resolving critical quality and supplier issues

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in industrial engineering, supply chain management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical-commercial qualification
• Several years of professional experience in procurement, supplier management, or supply chain management, ideally in a manufacturing industrial company
• Good technical and commercial understanding as well as the ability to quickly grasp complex supply and procurement situations
• Experience in analyzing and managing supplier performance and relevant KPIs
• Strong communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills, even in challenging discussions
• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for actively solving challenging situations and addressing conflicts confidently
• High resilience and decision‑making ability, as well as the capacity to remain calm and make sound decisions under time and action pressure
• Analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented working style with a high degree of initiative
• Very good German and English skills
