Zusammenfassung

Kappa optronics sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft für Konfigurationsmanagement, Produktdatenmanagement und technisches Änderungswesen. Sie koordinieren Konfigurationskontrolle, Datenhaltung und Änderungsprozesse in einem sicherheitskritischen Umfeld.

Sie erstellen CMPs in Deutsch und Englisch, pflegen Produktstrukturen und arbeiten eng mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern zusammen. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Konfigurations- oder Produktdatenmanagement.
• Erfahrung im Konfigurationsmanagement, Produktdatenmanagement oder technischer Änderungssteuerung.
• Erfahrung im Bereich Produktstruktur, Stücklisten, Dokumentation.
• Kenntnisse in sicherheitskritischen, regulierten oder verteidigungsnahen Entwicklungsprojekten sind vorteilhaft.
• Verständnis technischer Dokumentation und Standards in komplexen Systemen.
• Souveräner Umgang mit PLM/ERP/PDM-Systemen.

Aufgaben

• Koordination der Konfigurationskontrolle, Datenmanagement und Änderungsmanagement mit internen/externen Stakeholdern
• Wartung und Kontrolle von Baselines für Dokumentation sowie Hardware- und Softwarekomponenten
• Durchführung von Change-Control-Boards (CCB) und Change-Management-Prozessen
• Erstellung/Unterhaltung von Configuration Management Plans (CMP) in Deutsch/Englisch
• Sicherstellung der Dokumentations- und Datenverwaltung entsprechend Prozessen und Kundenanforderungen
• Unterstützung beim Überführen und Pflegen vollständiger Produktstrukturen in Pro.File

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordination of configuration control, data management, and change management with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintenance and control of configuration baselines for documentation as well as hardware and software components
• Management of change management processes, including the organization and execution of Change Control Boards (CCB)
• Creation and maintenance of Configuration Management Plans (CMP) in German and English
• Ensuring proper management of documentation and data with a focus on storage, approval, distribution, and archiving within the respective process tools
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, defined processes, and customer requirements
• Support in transferring and maintaining complete product structures in Pro.File
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders regarding configurations, data requirements, and change control
• Support in creating and maintaining product structure plans (Product Breakdown Structures, PBS)

Your Profile:

• Completed technical studies or technical training with corresponding further education
• Experience in configuration management, product data management, or technical change management
• Experience in the area of product structure, technical drawing sets, and documentation
• Experience in safety-critical, regulated, or defense-related development projects is an advantage
• Understanding of technical documentation and standards in the context of complex systems is desirable
• Proficient in using PLM, ERP, or PDM systems
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Very good German and English skills
