Job summary

Detecon International GmbH in Cologne invites motivated interns to join our Human Resources Operations team. You'll be integrated as a full team member from day one and contribute to a range of processes in a dynamic consulting environment.

You will support onboarding to offboarding, assist with data management in our People Hub HR system, and collaborate with works council while developing practical skills in HR administration.

Qualifications

• Advanced or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Above-average commitment, a hands-on approach and strong communication skills.
• Ideally, initial project experience gained through challenging work placements, e.g., at a consultancy firm.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Look after staff and work in consultation with our works council.
• Assist with data management via our HR system, People Hub.
