Zusammenfassung

Detecon International GmbH in Cologne invites applications for an Internship in Human Resources Operations. You will be involved in every stage of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, while gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee support, and data management.

As part of a global consulting and technology firm, you’ll work closely with HR teams, support People Hub data, and collaborate with our works council.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Above-average commitment, a hands-on approach and strong communication skills.
• Initial project experience gained through challenging work placements, for example at a consultancy firm.
• A sociable, organised and reliable personality.
• Very good command of German and English.

Aufgaben

• Support administrative HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.
• Assist data management via the HR system, People Hub.
• Coordinate activities with the works council in consultation.
• Provide employee support across the full lifecycle.
