Zusammenfassung

Detecon International GmbH sucht motivierte Unterstützung im Recruiting-Team, um praktische Erfahrungen im Talent Acquisition und Kandidat:innenmanagement zu sammeln.

Sie arbeiten an der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Stellenanzeigen, prüfen Bewerbungen eigenständig und pflegen unser Applicant Tracking System. Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie bei der Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen und entwickeln Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung.

Qualifikationen

• Fortgeschrittenes Studium in Economics/Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar.
• Interesse am Recruiting-Lifecycle und Talent Acquisition.
• Strukturierte, verlässliche und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung als Ansprechpartner:in für Kandidat:innen durch den Bewerbungsprozess.
• Erstellung und Verwaltung von Stellenanzeigen; eigenständige Prüfung von Bewerbungen.
• Pflege des ATS und Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen.
