Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related STEM field.
• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable role focusing on Cyber Security and Identity Management.
• Strong expertise in IAM, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Certificate Management, or related security domains.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on the design and implementation of modern Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Developing governance models, role and authorization concepts, and solutions in Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Certificate Management.
• Leading challenging cyber security and transformation projects from strategy through to successful implementation.
• Supporting clients in secure adoption of cloud and AI solutions and topics related to AI Security and AI Governance.
• Providing functional leadership to project teams and collaborating with management-level decision-makers.
• Shaping the consulting portfolio and supporting business development, presales activities, and client acquisition.

At Detecon, you will shape modern Identity Security solutions for leading organizations while expanding your expertise in one of the most exciting future fields of cyber security: AI Security. Together with our clients, you will work on topics such as Identity Governance, Non-Human Identities, Certificate Management, and the secure adoption of AI technologies.

What you can expect

• Advising our clients on the design and implementation of modern Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Developing governance models, role and authorization concepts, and solutions in the areas of Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, and Certificate Management

Ready for Detecon?

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Cyber Security, or a comparable STEM field
• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable role with a focus on Cyber Security and Identity Management
• Strong expertise in IAM, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Certificate Management, or related security domains
• Interest in developing further in the areas of AI Security, AI Governance, and Security for AI Agents, and actively contributing to new topics
• Experience in leading client projects as well as strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent German and English language skills and willingness to travel within the DACH region
