Job summary

Detecon International GmbH is seeking a junior IT Strategy & Transformation Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives across multiple industries. You will work with senior colleagues to define IT strategies, operating models, and enterprise architectures for CIO/CTO domains.

The role requires a completed STEM degree with business focus, internships in consulting, and fluency in German and English, with willingness to travel nationally or internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or another STEM field with a business-related focus.
• Internships in management or strategy consulting are desirable.
• Business fluent in German and English; willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Co-design IT strategy and transformation initiatives for national and international clients.
• Analyze target operating models, enterprise architectures, and IT governance across levels.
• Drive project momentum with a proactive, analytical, and communicative approach.
• Support clients through digital transformation journeys from strategy to implementation.
