Eurowings Digital is seeking a Portfolio Manager to shape and steer our commercial initiative portfolio. You will work with leaders, product teams and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, transparency, and evidence-based decisions.

The role combines analytical thinking with a proactive mindset, curiosity about AI and modern ways of working, and a desire to make a tangible impact on the business. Hybrid work and cross-functional collaboration are core.

Qualifikationen

• First experience in portfolio management, PMO, project management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with a pragmatic hands-on attitude.
• Understanding of how business decisions translate into measurable impact.

• The ability to understand processes end-to-end and identify opportunities for optimization
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Strong German skills preferred
