Deutsche Lufthansa AG in Cologne seeks an experienced portfolio manager to steer the portfolio across business units. You will create transparency on impact, outcomes, risks, and dependencies and support leadership with actionable analyses to enable evidence‑based decisions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize end‑to‑end processes, apply AI‑enabled approaches, and foster a culture of accountability and value creation while driving continuous improvement in portfolio management.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in portfolio management or PMO, business operations, or strategy.

• A solid understanding of how business decisions translate into measurable impact and outcomes
• The ability to understand processes end-to-end and identify opportunities for optimization
• Fluency in English. German preferred
