Sie bringen fundierte Kenntnisse in Siemens Step7, WinCC, TIA Portal und Codesys/Beckhoff/Rexroth mit, nutzen eine praxisnahe Inbetriebnahme und Schulung vor Ort beim Kunden weltweit, und tragen zur Umsetzung von

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/TU) oder Technikerqualifikation in Automatisierungstechnik.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Siemens Step7, WinCC flexible, TIA Portal und WinCC V13.
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung mit Antriebs- und Robotersystemen sowie Codesys/Beckhoff/Rexroth vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Entwurf und Entwicklung der HMI/Software zur Steuerung unserer Systeme.
• Testen von Peripheriegeräten (Antriebe/Robotik, Messtechnik, höhere Steuerungssysteme).
• Inbetriebnahme, Installation und Schulung beim Kunden national und international.
• Technische Schnittstelle zu Mechanik- und Elektordesign.
• Verantwortung für Projektumsetzung gemäß Kundenspezifikationen.
• Sicherstellung der technischen Konformität mit Kundenspezifikationen.
• Erstellung von Maschinen-Dokumentationen.

• Designing and developing the HMI/software for controlling our systems
• Testing peripheral devices (drives/robots, measurement technology, and higher-level control systems)
• Setup, commissioning, and training at customer sites both domestically and internationally
• Serving as the technical interface to mechanical and electrical design
• Responsible for project implementation according to customer specifications
• Ensuring technical compliance with customer requirements and implementation guidelines
• Creating machine documentation

Your profile:

• Completed degree (University of Applied Sciences/Technical University) or technician qualification in automation technology or a comparable qualification
• Excellent technical knowledge of Siemens Step7, WinCC flexible, TIA Portal, and WinCC V13
• Several years of experience with various drive and robot systems, as well as with Codesys, Beckhoff, and Rexroth, would be advantageous
• Knowledge of commissioning and programming special-purpose machines/automation systems
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Class B driver's license
