Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder Studium in Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik.
• Solide PLC-Programmierungserfahrung.
• Erfahrung mit Robotersystemen und Roboterprogrammierung.
• Gutes Verständnis von Pneumatik.
• Reisebereitschaft ca. 20–30% und Führerschein Klasse B.

Aufgaben

• Sie unterstützen Kunden telefonisch und per Fernzugriff.
• Sie passen PLC- und Roboterprogramme an und commissionieren sie – remote und vor Ort beim Kunden.
• Sie führen Messungen durch, lokalisieren Fehler und nehmen kleinere Änderungen an Schaltschränken vor.
• Sie dokumentieren Ihre Arbeit im Ticketsystem.
• Sie managen Serviceprojekte eigenständig.

Your responsibilities

You support our customers by phone and remote access.

You adapt and optimize PLC and robot programs and commission them – remotely and directly on site at our customers’ facilities.

You carry out measurements, troubleshoot faults and make minor modifications to control cabinets.

You document your work in our internal ticketing system.

You manage service projects independently.

What you bring to the team

Completed technical vocational training or a degree, e.g. in mechatronics, electrical engineering or automation technology

Sound PLC programming skills

Experience with robot systems and robot programming

Good understanding of pneumatic systems

A high level of initiative and a passion for solving complex technical problems

Willingness to travel approx. 20–30% and a valid Class B driving licence
