Job description

We are a successful service provider with many years of experience in the planning and execution of software and hardware projects in all areas of industrial automation. We have seen a sharp increase in requests for large-scale and customized solutions from our customers in various industries. To ensure that we can continue to provide our customers with optimal support in the future, we are looking for reinforcement in the area of software development for our location in Freiburg.

Your responsibilities

• Development and programming of PLC and visualization software for new systems and modifications to existing systems
• Testing of control systems and visualizations in our development environment
• Commissioning (cold and warm commissioning) in Germany, the DACH region, and occasionally internationally
• Schedule monitoring, installation support, and technical documentation
• Service calls and technical support for our customers

Your profile

• Completed electrical engineering training or degree in automation technology
• In-depth knowledge of PLC programming, especially with Siemens S7 (TIA Portal, S7-SCL), preferably also in a high-level language
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems such as WinCC, ideally also with Zenon from Copa-Data
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and an independent approach to work
