Job summary

persona service AG & Co. KG in Geilenkirchen sucht eine Fachkraft (m/w/d) für die manuelle Bearbeitung von Kunststoffbauteilen.

Sie fertigen, prüfen und reinigen Bauteile gemäß Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen, arbeiten sorgfältig und sicher, und tragen zur Qualitätssicherung bei. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören das Bedienen von Werkzeugen, das Entgraten, Schleifen und Nachbearbeiten, das Vorbereiten von Vormaterialien und die Einhaltung von Gesundheits- und Brandschutzvorschriften.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im relevanten Kunststoffbereich (Verfahrensmechaniker/Verarbeiter).
• Gute handwerkliche Fertigkeiten, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
• Sichere Deutschkenntnisse (Mindestniveau).

Responsibilities

• Manuelle Bearbeitung von Kunststoff-Werkstücken nach Vorgaben.
• Formen und Gießen von Kunststoffteilen gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen.
• Nach dem Formen Bauteile entnehmen, Maßhaltigkeit prüfen und Oberflächenqualität sicherstellen.
• Entgraten, Schleifen und Feinarbeit an Werkstücken.
• Vormaterialien vorbereiten und Werkzeuge, Formen sowie Arbeitsmittel ordnungsgemäß setzen.
• Arbeitsplatz sauber halten und Reinigungs-/Schmierarbeiten durchführen.
• Defekte Bauteile erkennen und Ausschuss entsprechend sortieren.
• Sicherheits- und Qualitätstandards einhalten, PSA tragen.
• Geregelte Weitergabe der Teile an nächste Produktionsstufe bzw. Versand.

Job description

Responsibilities and Work Tasks

• You will manually machine plastic workpieces in accordance with specifications and drawings
• You will shape and cast plastic parts by hand following the specified work steps
• After moulding, you remove the parts from the mould and check them for dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• You deburr, sand and file the workpieces and finish them to a high standard
• You prepare moulding compounds and plastic materials and apply them correctly
• You set out tools, moulds and work equipment and keep them in good order
• You check finished workpieces for defects and consistently sort out rejects
• You comply with health and safety and quality requirements and wear the prescribed protective equipment
• You keep your workstation clean and release the parts for the next stage of production or dispatch

Qualifications and Experience

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a process mechanic specialising in plastics and rubber technology (m/f/d), a plastics mould maker (m/f/d) or an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have experience in the manual machining of plastic workpieces
• You have knowledge of processes such as moulding and casting
• You are characterised by manual dexterity and confidence in handling tools
• You work meticulously, reliably and with a focus on quality
• You are a team player and have a responsible approach to your work
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level)
