Job summary

persona service AG & Co. KG is offering a hands-on role in Bremen to grind metal dental components and polish them to a high gloss. You will operate sandblasting and polishing equipment, ensure surface quality, and document steps in the ERP system.

The position includes on-site work with good facilities and growth opportunities. The role welcomes career changers and requires a good command of German and a valid work permit. You are reliable and can work independently following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Grind metal dental components using hand-held tools.
• Polish surfaces to a high gloss.
• Sandblast to prepare components for processing.
• Clean workpieces with available equipment.
• Operate and monitor polishing machines and surface-finishing equipment.
• Check surfaces and fits for defects.
• Document steps in the ERP system.
• Keep workstation and tools clean and in good order.

Job description

You will use hand-held grinding tools to grind metal dental components, such as clasp dentures, crowns and bridges, requiring fine motor skills You will then polish the surfaces cleanly and evenly to a high gloss You use the sandblaster to prepare the components for further processing In accordance with instructions, you clean the workpieces using the available cleaning equipment You operate and monitor polishing machines and other surface-finishing equipment During processing, you check the surfaces and fits of the components for visible defects You carefully document all relevant work steps in the ERP system You keep your workstation, tools and equipment clean and in good working order
