At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, ARTS Group is seeking a Plastics Process Technician (m/f/x) to support production of high-quality composite components. You will work in a 2-shift operation applying lamination technologies, ensuring quality and timely manufacturing of helicopter parts.

The role requires vocational training in a relevant trade, extensive manufacturing experience, and strong German (C1) and English (B2) language skills.

Plastics Process Technician at Airbus (m/f/x)

At Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, you will work as a Plastics Process Technicianin the production of high-quality composite components. In a 2-shift operation, you will apply modern lamination technologies and contribute with your diligence and craftsmanship to the manufacturing of helicopter parts.

Responsibilities

• Hand Lamination of composite components according to technical specifications in a 2-shift operation
• Component Manufacturing of various models and technologies
• Mold Removal and extraction of finished components from lamination molds
• Laser Projection: Operation and monitoring of laser projection systems for positioning
• Self-Inspection as part of production inspection duties for quality assurance

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a Process Technician for Plastics and Rubber, Process Technician for Coating Technology, Carpenter, Joiner, or in a comparable trade
• Many years of professional experience in manufacturing or production
• Several years of experience in process engineering or joinery
• Initial experience in handling IT/information systems
• Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime
• Teamwork skills, conscientious and structured way of working, and readiness for deployment
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
