Your mission

As our Performance Marketing Manager (all genders), you'll drive new customer acquisition through paid social — owning execution and creative optimization across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest for 6 markets, with a 6-digit monthly budget.
You'll report to the Team Lead Performance, working closely with Paid Search, CRM, and Creative. This role suits a proactive builder who owns outcomes, builds structure where none exists yet, and knows what makes people stop scrolling — turning data into high-converting creative briefs.

What you'll do

• Execute & Optimize: Manage day-to-day, full-funnel campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, focused on efficient CAC/ROAS across all 6 markets.
• Creative Strategy & Briefing: Analyze creative performance (hooks, transitions, CTAs), repurpose top-performing content, and brief our designers, content agency, and creators directly.
• Campaign Architecture: Build smart account structures on Meta
• Budget Management: Reallocate spend fast based on data to scale winners and cut underperformers.
• Testing & AI: Run structured tests, turn results into repeatable playbooks, and bring a forward-looking mindset to AI/automation in campaigns and reporting.
• Reporting: Track CAC, AOV, LTV, and funnel metrics using our attribution model and Sales Channel data; share insights with the team.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with Paid Search, CRM, and Creative on strategy and messaging.

Your profile

• 2–4 years hands-on experience in Meta/TikTok performance marketing within D2C e-commerce, with real budget ownership; Pinterest experience a plus.
• Comfortable managing 6-digit monthly budgets.
• Creative eye for social-first video/content and native platform trends.
• Fluent in KPIs: Hook Rate, CPC, stop-scroll rate, CAC, AOV, LTV.
• Ownership mindset — you build solutions rather than wait for instructions.
• Curious about AI and automation in marketing.
• E-commerce basics (catalogues/feeds); wellness, supplements, or FMCG/CPG a plus.
• Languages: fluent German and English required; Dutch, Italian, French, or Spanish a strong plus.
