Job summary

Bears with Benefits in Munich is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to identify suitable creators, brief them, and oversee collaborations from start to finish.

You will actively manage partnerships, strengthen ties with influencers, and evaluate campaigns using KPIs to drive growth for a young, fast‑growing beauty brand. German and English language skills are essential; Dutch is a plus. Office in the heart of Munich with an open culture and flat hierarchies.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Familiarity with influencer platforms and social channels.
• Ability to translate brand goals into influencer briefs.

• You’ll identify suitable influencers for our brand, negotiate the terms of the collaboration, and handle the briefing
• You’ll actively manage collaborations
• You’ll help further strengthen the relationship between collaboration partners and BEARS WITH BENEFITS and maintain relationships with existing partners.
• Using established KPIs, you evaluate completed collaborations and, within your team, handle performance assessments and the continuation of these partnerships.
• You’ll actively support a young and rapidly growing company.
• You have a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• You are fluent in German and English a plus would be basic knowledge of Dutch
• You are passionate about beauty topics and are an active user of social media platforms in your personal life
• You are brimming with creative ideas that you can contribute to the design of our social media campaigns
• You are communicative, organized, and have a hands‑on approach
