Yepoda in Berlin is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to scale our global paid channels, owning prospecting, conversion, and retargeting while balancing strategy and execution.

You will work with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and feed management tools like Channable to optimise campaigns, focusing on CAC, LTV, and ROAS in a fast-paced D2C skincare environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing in D2C/ecommerce, beauty, lifestyle or skincare.
• Experience in Paid Search (Google Search, Shopping, PMax) and Paid Social (Meta/TikTok).
• Able to translate CAC, LTV, ROAS into actionable optimisations.
• Self-starter capable of owning workflows in a fast-paced D2C environment.
• Nice to have: feed management platforms (Channable) and web analytics (GA4, GTM).
• Nice to have: Pinterest, Amazon, Affiliate networks or server-side tracking (CAPI).

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to help scale Yepoda's global performance engine across paid channels. In this hands-on role, you will own efficient customer acquisition (prospecting, conversion, and retargeting) and balance strategic thinking with execution.

Your Tasks

• Plan, execute, and continuously optimise performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) to hit revenue and ROAS targets
• Act as the primary owner for platform account managers (Google and Meta reps), driving beta access, strategic support, and account audits
• Actively manage and reallocate monthly performance budgets dynamically across channels to capture demand efficiently
• Manage product feed architecture using tools like Channable to ensure clean product data mapping across Google Shopping, Meta Catalogs, and TikTok
• Monitor daily account health, leverage GA4 to analyse user journeys, and partner with internal data and tech leads to maintain robust tracking and attribution integrity
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief high-converting ad formats, especially UGC and video concepts for TikTok and Meta, and scale winning assets based on creative testing frameworks

Your Profile

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in D2C ecommerce, beauty, lifestyle, or skincare experience is a major plus
• Proven experience in Paid Search (Google Search, Shopping, PMax) alongside Paid Social (Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager)
• Comfortable translating raw metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates) into actionable optimisation steps and strategic suggestions
• A self-starter capable of taking immediate ownership of existing workflows and hitting the ground running in a fast-paced D2C environment
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with feed management platforms such as Channable and web analytics tools (GA4, GTM)
• Nice to have: experience with additional channels (Pinterest, Amazon, Affiliate networks) or familiarity with server-side tracking (CAPI) setups
