Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать, настраивать и управлять кампаниями для B2B клиентов.
• Контролировать бюджеты нескольких аккаунтов с однозначной отчётностью и KPI.
• Настраивать отслеживание конверсий и отчётность по результатам.

For our client, we are filling the following permanent position with immediate effect:

Задачи:

Independently conceive, set up and manage performance marketing campaigns for B2B clients Plan, run and continuously optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns Take responsibility for the advertising budgets of several client accounts, including efficient budget allocation Analyze and optimize relevant performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS and conversion rates Set up, monitor and further develop conversion tracking and reporting Identify new optimization and scaling opportunities to increase lead generation Work closely with Growth Consultants and GTM Engineers to align marketing strategies

Требования:

At least one to two years of practical professional experience in performance marketing Extensive experience independently setting up, managing and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Proven responsibility for monthly advertising budgets in at least the five-figure range Confident use of performance metrics and experience in data-driven campaign optimization Knowledge of conversion tracking and reporting, and ideally of B2B lead generation Native-level German and good English skills Будет плюсом: Experience with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads or AI-powered marketing tools is an advantage
