For most founders, accounting is a black box: expensive, slow, and in the end nobody knows exactly what they are paying for. mika is changing that. We are building AI-powered accounting that companies can manage themselves, without an accountant in between. Receipt capture, classification, e-invoicing, validation, and filings are automated instead of being passed across an external desk every month. We are 30 people, serve around 900 customers, and have just closed our seed round.

We manage six-figure media budgets each month. You decide where they go.

Manage Paid Search and Paid Social end to end: Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, from structure and creatives to bidding.

Set up campaigns across the entire funnel and distinguish what Top of Funnel is meant to achieve from what Bottom of Funnel is meant to achieve.

Test new channels before they get expensive: Reddit, geo campaigns, and emerging GenAI platforms.

Build a testing roadmap for creatives, hooks, and landing pages, together with Content and Go-to-Market Engineering.

Take responsibility for six-figure monthly budgets, including allocation between channels.

Derive CAC, payback, and target cost per customer accurately and compare them against product and pricing logic.

Plan and forecast monthly; you know in advance what you want to spend and what you want to spend it on.

Set up tracking and attribution so the numbers we base decisions on are reliable.

Share results with Sales: which campaigns bring in leads that also close.

Work closely with Go-to-Market Engineering and directly with the C-level.

Several years of performance marketing experience, at an agency or in-house; either is fine with us.

Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads—not just managing them, but running them yourself.

You have already been responsible for six-figure budgets and have not just managed them, but reallocated them when the numbers called for it.

Commercial numeracy: you can work out what a customer may cost and explain the assumptions behind it.

You organize your own work. We do not have a marketing department that hands you a roadmap.

Business-fluent German, because our target audience is German small businesses.

Based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
